1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of comserve-solution.com and to every service you purchase from us. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Payment Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Service Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Account

• You must provide accurate name, email and phone details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all orders placed from your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing on behalf of a company you are authorised to represent.

3. Orders and contract

By completing and submitting an order you make an offer to purchase the selected service. A binding contract is formed when the payment is authorised and the confirmation page with your order number is shown. We do not accept an order whose payment is not authorised.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in EUR and charged to your card in THB at the amount shown on the payment page before you pay. Each order is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. Details are in our Payment Policy.

5. No refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable, except for the correction of billing errors as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Service

Services are delivered remotely as described in our Service Delivery Policy. We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee that every problem can be solved remotely.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, ask us to install unlicensed software, or attempt to interfere with the website or the payment process.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. You are responsible for keeping backups of your data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be settled by contacting us first will be subject to the courts of Thailand.

1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

ข้อกำหนดนี้ใช้กับการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ comserve-solution.com และบริการทุกรายการที่ท่านซื้อจากเรา เมื่อสมัครบัญชีหรือสั่งซื้อ ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ รวมถึงนโยบายการชำระเงิน นโยบายการคืนเงินและการยกเลิก นโยบายการให้บริการ และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

2. บัญชีผู้ใช้

• ท่านต้องให้ข้อมูลชื่อ อีเมล และเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
• ท่านมีหน้าที่เก็บรักษารหัสผ่าน และรับผิดชอบคำสั่งซื้อทั้งหมดที่ทำจากบัญชีของท่าน
• ท่านต้องมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 18 ปี หรือสั่งซื้อในนามบริษัทที่ท่านมีอำนาจกระทำการแทน

3. คำสั่งซื้อและสัญญา

การส่งคำสั่งซื้อถือเป็นการเสนอซื้อบริการที่เลือก สัญญามีผลผูกพันเมื่อการชำระเงินได้รับอนุมัติและระบบแสดงหน้ายืนยันพร้อมเลขที่คำสั่งซื้อ เราไม่รับคำสั่งซื้อที่การชำระเงินไม่ได้รับอนุมัติ

4. ราคาและการชำระเงิน

ราคาแสดงเป็น EUR และตัดบัตรเป็นเงินบาทตามยอดที่แสดงบนหน้าชำระเงินก่อนยืนยัน แต่ละคำสั่งซื้อเป็นการชำระครั้งเดียวและไม่ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ รายละเอียดอยู่ในนโยบายการชำระเงิน

5. ไม่มีการคืนเงิน

การขายทุกรายการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดและไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ ยกเว้นการแก้ไขการเรียกเก็บเงินผิดพลาดตามนโยบายการคืนเงินและการยกเลิก

6. การให้บริการ

ให้บริการแบบระยะไกลตามนโยบายการให้บริการ เราให้บริการด้วยความรู้ความสามารถและความระมัดระวังตามสมควร แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าทุกปัญหาจะแก้ไขได้จากระยะไกล

7. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย ขอให้ติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์ที่ไม่มีลิขสิทธิ์ หรือพยายามรบกวนการทำงานของเว็บไซต์หรือระบบชำระเงิน

8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

ภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายของข้อมูล การสูญเสียกำไร หรือความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการ ความรับผิดรวมของเราต่อคำสั่งซื้อใดๆ จำกัดไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่ท่านชำระสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อนั้น ท่านมีหน้าที่สำรองข้อมูลของท่านเอง

9. การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด

เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว ฉบับที่เผยแพร่บนหน้านี้ ณ เวลาที่สั่งซื้อจะใช้กับคำสั่งซื้อนั้น

10. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทที่ไม่สามารถยุติได้โดยการติดต่อเราก่อน ให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย
