No refunds

Our products are IT support services that are reserved and made available to you as soon as payment is confirmed. For this reason all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that:

• we do not offer money-back guarantees;
• no full or partial refund is given for an unused or partly used service period, or for computers that were not supported during the period;
• a package cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Please read the package description and contact us before purchasing if you are unsure which package is right for you.

Cancellation

• Packages are one-time, prepaid purchases and do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. If you do not wish to continue, simply do not place a new order when your package ends.
• You may stop using the service at any time; the remaining period is not refunded.
• An order that has not been paid (for example, a declined payment) is not a purchase and you are not charged.

Billing errors

This policy does not affect corrections of genuine billing errors. If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged an amount different from the THB amount shown on the payment page, contact us within 30 days of the charge with your order number. Once confirmed, the incorrect amount is returned to the original card through our payment service provider. The time for the money to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.

สินค้าของเราเป็นบริการซัพพอร์ตด้านไอทีที่จัดสรรและเปิดให้ใช้งานทันทีเมื่อการชำระเงินได้รับการยืนยัน ดังนั้น การขายทุกรายการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดและไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ เมื่อสั่งซื้อ ท่านรับทราบว่า

• เราไม่มีการรับประกันคืนเงิน
• ไม่มีการคืนเงินทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนสำหรับระยะเวลาบริการที่ไม่ได้ใช้หรือใช้ไม่ครบ หรือสำหรับคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ไม่ได้ใช้บริการในช่วงเวลานั้น
• แพ็กเกจไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดหรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้บุคคลอื่นได้

การยกเลิก

• แพ็กเกจเป็นการซื้อแบบชำระล่วงหน้าครั้งเดียวและไม่ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ จึงไม่มีการสมัครสมาชิกที่ต้องยกเลิก หากไม่ต้องการใช้บริการต่อ เพียงไม่สั่งซื้อรายการใหม่เมื่อแพ็กเกจสิ้นสุด
• ท่านหยุดใช้บริการได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยไม่มีการคืนเงินสำหรับระยะเวลาที่เหลือ
• คำสั่งซื้อที่ยังไม่ได้ชำระเงิน (เช่น บัตรถูกปฏิเสธ) ไม่ถือเป็นการซื้อ และไม่มีการเรียกเก็บเงิน

การเรียกเก็บเงินผิดพลาด

นโยบายนี้ไม่รวมถึงการแก้ไขการเรียกเก็บเงินที่ผิดพลาดจริง หากท่านถูกตัดเงินซ้ำสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน หรือถูกตัดเงินไม่ตรงกับยอดเงินบาทที่แสดงบนหน้าชำระเงิน กรุณาติดต่อเราภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ถูกตัดเงิน พร้อมเลขที่คำสั่งซื้อ เมื่อตรวจสอบแล้ว ยอดที่เรียกเก็บผิดจะคืนเข้าบัตรเดิมผ่านผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงิน ระยะเวลาที่ยอดจะปรากฏในใบแจ้งยอดขึ้นอยู่กับธนาคารผู้ออกบัตร
