Code Rent Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We process personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone number and password (stored in hashed form).
• Order data: the services you buy, order numbers, amounts, dates and payment status.
• Payment data: card details are entered on our payment service provider's secure form and are not stored by us. We only keep the payment reference and result.
• Support data: information you share with us, or that we see on your computer, while providing remote support.
• Technical data: session cookies, and analytics cookies only if you consent (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use it

• to create and manage your account and process your orders (performance of a contract);
• to process payments and prevent fraud, together with our payment service provider;
• to provide the support service and contact you about it;
• to keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation);
• to improve the website, only with your consent where analytics cookies are used.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only as needed with: our payment service provider GB Prime Pay and the card networks / banks involved in processing your payment; our hosting provider; and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept for the period required by Thai accounting and tax law. Data seen during a support session is not copied or kept beyond what is needed to complete the request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

Security

The website uses HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and card data is handled only by our PCI-compliant payment service provider.

• ข้อมูลการให้บริการ: ข้อมูลที่ท่านแจ้ง หรือที่เราเห็นบนคอมพิวเตอร์ของท่านระหว่างให้บริการระยะไกล
• ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค: คุกกี้เซสชัน และคุกกี้วิเคราะห์เฉพาะเมื่อท่านให้ความยินยอม (ดูนโยบายคุกกี้)

วัตถุประสงค์การใช้ข้อมูล

• สร้างและจัดการบัญชี และดำเนินการคำสั่งซื้อ (เพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญา)
• ดำเนินการชำระเงินและป้องกันการทุจริต ร่วมกับผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงิน
• ให้บริการซัพพอร์ตและติดต่อท่านเกี่ยวกับบริการ

เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นแก่ ผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงิน GB Prime Pay และเครือข่ายบัตร/ธนาคารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการชำระเงิน ผู้ให้บริการโฮสติ้ง และหน่วยงานรัฐเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา

ข้อมูลบัญชีเก็บไว้ตลอดระยะเวลาที่บัญชียังใช้งาน ข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อและการชำระเงินเก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีของไทยกำหนด ข้อมูลที่เห็นระหว่างให้บริการจะไม่ถูกคัดลอกหรือเก็บไว้เกินกว่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการนั้น

สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ หรือขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล คัดค้านหรือขอระงับการประมวลผล และถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยอีเมลมาที่ [email protected] และมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
